The Montgomery County Council recently honored nurse Lucy Luseni for saving the life of a man who had been assaulted.
Lucy Luseni, an off-duty nurse who stopped her car on Georgia Avenue recently to assist an injured man who was lying near the road, is applauded for her efforts that resulted in saving the life of the victim, who had been stabbed 14 times.(FOLLOWED BY VIDEO)
